Neighborhood Clinic welcomes Benita Ki, our new Executive Director!
Prior to joining Neighborhood Clinic, Benita was a campus minister at Pacific Lutheran University, leading college students in pursuit of integrating faith and justice. Passionate about developing leaders in their own contexts, she founded a summer internship program for college students in the Hilltop of Tacoma.
Benita brings innovation with a background in fundraising, community outreach, and nonprofit management. She’s excited to expand the influence of Neighborhood Clinic in growing local partnerships and tapping into the great community effort fighting for justice already at work in Tacoma.
A graduate of the University of Puget Sound, Benita has lived in Tacoma for ten years. When she’s not trying to take on the world of injustice around health care access, she can be found eating at a local pub or playing ultimate Frisbee or soccer around the city.
Benita has “hit the ground running.” We look forward to working with her to accomplish our mission, serving the underserved in our community. You can contact her at director@neighborhoodclinictacoma.org.
Welcome aboard, Benita!
